Learn to play Gridiron like the Pros using the same equipment, but without the full contact.
Our focus is encouraging boys & girls, not already involved with a sport, to get active and join a team.
We play a hybrid version of American Football (gridiron), using the same type of helmets and pads the Pros wear, while also using rippa belts for maximum safety. This makes our hybrid game of Extreme Flag Football one of the safest forms of gridiron played in the world.

It is important to stipulate that we specifically do not pull youth out of existing sports. The tournament is focused on helping boys & girls who may be giving sport a miss in Term 4, or are not signed up for team sports.
We want to encourage those youth that are not active in sports to get active and participate. Using the uniqueness of gridiron and the equipment we try to help these boys & girls get active, then stay active year round.
